A local San Diegan, who at a young age started his passion for food; in his early teens was trained by an Italian Chef who gave him the opportunity to run his first kitchen before the age of fifteen since then he has worked in different types of cuisine, Asian, French, Mexican just to mention a few, worked for a company opening restaurants were he gained a lot of experience, worked at the renowned Hotel del Coronado for over fourteen years and cooked for celebrities such as Michel Pfeiffer, Richard Dreyfuss and the then governor of Minnesota, Jesse Ventura and more, with over thirty four years of culinary experience, there is always a surprise cooking in his kitchen.
